The CEO of a tile manufacturing company in South Khorasan announced: With up-to-date planning and management, Niloofar and Aida Ceram tile manufacturing units in Birjand have created employment for more than a thousand people in South Khorasan. 
Engineer Ali Taheri on Wednesday, in a coordination meeting with the managers of Birjand Ceramic and Tile Complex, added: “The manager of these two manufacturing units, which is a subset of Nasseri Industrial Group, is not only seeking income and profit, but also entrepreneurship and job creation as a social responsibility accompanied by manufacturing and income generation in the structure and management programs of these two units. He emphasized “At a time when many manufacturing and economic companies think only of making a profit and income, we are proud to equate job creation with profit.” According to him, the expert investigation of the performance shows that these manufacturing units have always sought to develop their activities. He announced the employment of people with disabilities in these manufacturing companies and added: “This God-pleasing and lasting work, which has caused professional rehabilitation to a part of the disabled people in the society and created hope and motivation in their hearts, is certainly a blessing for manufacturing units. He also added: The managers of Niloofar Tile Industries Co. and Aida Ceram Tile Industries Co. have done so far with their own capital. Taheri, emphasizing that the products of Niloofar Tile Industries and Aida Ceram Tile Industries Co. are known for their 30-year history in Iran and abroad, added “One of the reasons for this is the high quality of the products of these manufacturing units that has find its proper place in domestic and foreign markets very soon.
